This policy explains what we collect when you use tidonline.store, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, billing address and phone number if you give one. When you contact us we keep the message and your email address so we can answer it. Our host records standard server logs including IP address and browser type.
Payments
We do not see or store your full card number. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, who receives your card details directly and returns only a confirmation and the last four digits to us.
Why we keep it
To take payment, deliver your order, answer your questions, handle returns, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the carriers and payment providers who need it to complete your order.
How long
Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Contact messages are kept for two years. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
Your choices
Email support@tidonline.store to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep your basket and your session working. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
