Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Orders are picked and dispatched from our warehouse within one business day and typically arrive in two to five business days via USPS or UPS.
Standard shipping is a flat $6.95. Orders over $75 ship free. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Returns
If you are not happy with something, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Email support@tidonline.store and we will send you a return reference and instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return reaching us. We refund the cost of the goods; original shipping is refunded only where the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.
Damaged or incorrect items
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a photograph if something arrived broken. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, and we will not ask you to send it back.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale and private-label orders are quoted, invoiced and shipped under separate terms which are confirmed in writing with each order. The 30-day retail return policy does not apply to custom private-label production.
