tidonline.store is operated by Tidon. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page. Retail payment is taken at checkout. Wholesale and private-label orders are quoted separately and invoiced directly.
Products
Everything we sell is a general cosmetic or home-use good. Our products are not supplements, foods, drugs, medical devices or pharmaceuticals, and are not intended to be ingested or to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Patch-test skincare before wider use, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
Returns
Our returns policy is set out on the Shipping & Returns page and forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for misuse, or for use contrary to the instructions on the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
